Qwest Property Management is a licensed Michigan real estate Broker acting as an agent for property owners. We do NOT own the properties we manage. We offer residents access to our managed property portfolio and we provide a fair, transparent, and easy renting experience.

In addition to rent, residents will pay a monthly $29.00 Resident Broker Fee for this service. As part of our full service management experience our residents have access to the benefits below:

Receive a $1,000.00 credit towards your closing costs if you use one of our in-house Real Estate Agents to help you find your new home when you are ready to buy. Or, you can receive a $500.00 credit towards your closing costs if you decide to work with one of our Preferred Realtor Partners (not affiliated w/QwestPM) to purchase your new home. The choice is yours.

Q: Can I opt-out of the Resident Broker Fee?

A: No. Qwest Property Management provides these benefits to all tenants and there is no option to opt-out.

Q: What if my property doesn't have a furnace filter. Can I receive a discount?

A: Unfortunately, no. The Resident Broker Fee is mandatory for all residents, even if one or more of the Broker's services may not apply to the property that you have applied for. 

Q: Can I opt-out from having my rent payments reported to the credit bureau?

A: No. All payments from our residents are reported to TransUnion Credit Bureau each month.
