Qwest Property Management is proud to offer our residents a Resident Benefits Package which was designed to provide protection and convenience to our residents. Pending your application approval, all lease agreements and Residents with Qwest Property Management are automatically enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package which is currently $29.00 per month. The following benefits are included as part of the package:

- Build and improve your credit score by making rent payments on time! QwestPM reports monthly rent payments to TransUnion Credit Bureau.
- Citizens Home Solutions personal concierge service for assisting with your utility transfers
- HVAC furnace filters are delivered to your doorstep every three months
- 24/7/365 Emergency maintenance line
- Online Resident Portal for payments & reporting maintenance request 24/7/365
- Multiple payment options including FREE ACH and Cash Payments can be made at Walmart and many other partner stores.
- Resident Home Buyer Benefit Program! Receive a $1,000.00 credit towards your closing costs if you use one of our in-house Real Estate Agents to help you find your new home when you are ready to buy. Or, you can receive a $500.00 credit towards your closing costs if you decide to work with one of our Preferred Realtor Partners (not affiliated w/QwestPM) to purchase your new home. The choice is yours.

Q: Can I opt-out of the Resident Benefits Package?
A: No. Qwest Property Management is providing the Resident Benefits Package to all tenants and there is no option to opt-out.
Q: What if my property doesn't have a furnace filter. Can I receive a discount?
A: Unfortunately, no. The package is all-inclusive, even if one or more of the benefits may not apply to the property that you have applied for.
Q: Can I opt-out from having my rent payments reported to the credit bureau?
A: No. All payments from our residents are reported to TransUnion Credit Bureau each month.
